Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree required, as well as at least four years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing and sales.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
• Managerial abilities, including the ability to delegate work, set clear goals, and manage/coach team members

 Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and control all selling and marketing activities for the station, as well as penetrate the local market to secure new revenue sources and exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare a Business and Marketing Plan in order to maximise revenue opportunities and QR’s market presence.
• Maintain consistent contact with the cargo industry (Agent, Key Clients, Business partners etc.)
• Supplement sales calls made by the sales force in order to establish contacts and maximise QR’s market exposure (Continuously increase awareness of QR product)
• Supervise the sales team in order to maximise cargo revenue production and develop/optimize their potentials (Distribute areas of responsibility and sales targets to sales executives). Supervise and monitor the sales force, and work to improve their weak points).
