The Ministry oversees a number of projects concerning human resource management and utilization, such as employment protection, training programs and workforce strategies, migrant worker wellbeing, and overseas employment facilitation. In addition, the Ministry works in close collaboration with regional governments, international bodies, civil societies, and certain other relevant parties to make sure that the requirements of Pakistanis living abroad are met effectively.
