Requirement:

Main Duties:
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on Customer Experience, operational efficiencies, and proactive escalation management by interacting with stakeholders from several customer organisations and internal departments.
- Promote digitalization and be the face of all digital initiatives to make conducting business easier for customers.
- Create KPIs and OKRs for Customer Solutions teams to give actionable insights, as well as manage day-to-day assistance to improve team performance and quality customer interactions.
- Driving customer experience by assuring the implementation of customer-friendly practises that result in improved NPS and CES CSAT across all experience zones
- Drive compliance management through providing continual training and learning, as well as controlling quality metrics.
- Identify areas for continual improvement.
