Requirement:

• Technical degree in drilling, mechanical or petroleum engineering
• High School Diploma
• Driving License
• 4 years of job relevant  experience
• Computer Literate

Main Duties:

• As directed in the Station Bill and Emergency Procedures manual, perform emergency duties.
• Engage in the Stop, Observe, Act, and Report (SOAR) programme effectively and promote participation.
• Comply with all RMS, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)-related policies, procedures, and relevant authority regulatory requirements, and make a positive contribution to their on-going improvement.
• Assist with or oversee the evaluation of any HSE-related or other pertinent paperwork that has an influence on their area of responsibility.
• Responsible and accountable for HSE compliance within their sphere of influence, including the dissemination and application of such policies and procedures; exemplifies management’s dedication to the preservation of health, safety, and the environment.
• Control in a safe and effective manner all drilling operations and other associated tasks carried out throughout his or her shift.
